TEKnowLogical Solutions LLC is Selected by Acano to Launch Acano Academy

Hands-on training program ensures customers get the most from their investments in a multi-vendor UC environment

Reston, VA – June 19, 2014 – TEKnowLogical Solutions LLC is selected by Acano to launch Acano Academy and provide certification for Acano’s partners and end user organizations. In addition to the current Acano Basics Product training, Acano will offer two certifications, Acano Certified Expert (ACE) and Acano Certified Operator (ACO). This in depth knowledge of unified communications will give members of Acano’s select partner network an advantage in deploying Acano in multi-vendor Unified Communications (UC) environments.

The ACE course will provide graduates with the skills to install, maintain and troubleshoot a full Acano deployment. Participants will spend two days in a hands-on “boot-camp,” learning to configure and manage Acano’s Server and virtual servers.

The ACO track is designed for Service Providers who are integrating Acano coSpaces – persistent virtual meeting rooms – into their unified communications services. Certified operators will be able to manage conferences for their customers and ensure an excellent user experience across Acano, traditional voice and video conferencing solutions and Microsoft Lync.

Acano has selected TEKnowLogical Solutions LLC as its lead training partner and TEKnowLogical Solutions LLC has already begun conducting courses at its facilities in Reston, Virginia, around the globe in India, and via video conference.

Acano partners and customers are able to join scheduled courses or book group classes to be held at their own location. Anyone completing the Acano Basics training course can pursue certification.
